In the beginning of the decade of the 2000s, Juan Cardona, one of our co-founders embarked in several start-ups and businesses soon after he finished college. However, a constant finding in this process was that getting a start-up off the ground was not an easy task, in fact, sometimes proved to be a complete Odyssey. He came soon to the realisation that the entrepreneurial process in summary, was a combination of two factors, money, and knowledge. In his own words he describes the entrepreneurial process: “To kick off a start-up is not an easy task, you need to bring on board the correct partners; otherwise you would have to pay for everything, and if you don’t have the funds to do it, then is just an almost impossible task to start”. This idea was what in 2008 generated a rough concept of SyncMynd®. The years passed and the idea was just collecting dust when, in 2018, and by putting in practice our theory of collaborative entrepreneurship, we started Aral Group Pty Ltd along with our business partners. Soon after this, we started working in the current concept of SyncMynd®, and in 2019 we registered our brand in Australia.
